Vaccination Policy

At Farry Law we are committed to keeping our staff, clients, and others who visit our offices safe from Covid-19.

In this regard, from 3 December 2021 under New Zealand’s Covid-19 Protection Framework, Farry Law will require all staff, and any visitors to our offices, including attendance at any Farry Law meetings and events to be fully vaccinated. This policy applies to both our Auckland and Dunedin offices.

In accordance with the government’s directions, we ask for your support by advising your vaccination status to your contact at Farry Law ahead of any in-person meeting or event.

If you are not fully vaccinated, we respect your right to choose, and we ask that you only meet with us by either phone, or video call at this stage.

We are only able to accept the government issued vaccination certificate “My Vaccine Pass” as proof of vaccination status. We unfortunately cannot accept the purple vaccination appointment card or vaccination confirmation letter as proof of vaccination status.

In the interests of the safety of our team and all visitors to the office, we ask that a mask be worn during your visit and that your My Vaccine Pass is shown to our team on arrival.

We are mindful that the government guidelines are continuously adapting and changing, so we will continue to review this policy as the situation develops.

We believe it is the right path at the present time to keep our staff and others who visit us safe at work.

Thank you for your support.
